“Hol(e)y”

“Oh wise one, your logic has holes in it”

“Of course, there must be space left for you to fill”

I was recently told a story about 13 Greek Gods. I was told that the 13th is seldom mentioned, because said God isn’t named or known. Thus, an empty space was left in the event a new God was found or needed. Hearing this made me reflect upon the temporality of truth, and the importance of holding space for the unknown. Further, this piece serves as a physical manifestation of the relationship between mentor and mentee and the bond that is formed when knowledge is passed from one person to another.
