In this installation, Youkali combined a video dance performance with projection, objects and the space itself for an immersive and interactive experience.

About the Artist

Youkali identifies as a transdisciplinary artist; working with many different mediums blending skills and knowledge together. Their main mediums are contemporary dance and the art of performance, where they act as an interpreter, choreographer and improviser.

They’ve been living, working and creating on Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Traditional Territory.
