THE SUN: Literary and Visual Arts Edition
A collaborative eight-page spread in the August 5th, 2020 issue of The Klondike Sun Newspaper
THE SUN was a stand alone newspaper distributed in the middle of our regular local paper The Klondike Sun, released on Wednesday, August 5th, 2020. It is a full eight pages of literal literary gold, developed by local Dawson City literary and visual artists including: Benni Allain and Jared Klok, Justin Apperley, Dixon Blazes, Amy Ball, Ange Bonnici, Britney Cardigan, Emily Chudnocsky, elaine corden, Kim Edgar, Georgia Hammond, Annie Kierans, Justine Hobbs, Sluggy Maclean, Jenni Matchett, Aubyn O’Grady, Hazel Potoroka, Jenna Roebuck, Bobby Ronka, Dierdre Sokolowska and Maris Sol Suarez Martinez. The project was edited and designed by Amy Ball, with the help of Marina Osmond at The Klondike Sun.
Amy Ball is a visual artist based out of Dawson City, YT. She works in installation, performance, writing and video as well as collaboratively or independently organizing events and projects.
