Raven Monsters
Interactive Installation
Nicole worked with the public to build four 14 foot tall Raven Monsters that she is preparing for (s)hiver Winter Art Festival, this January 2022. Festival goers helped paint and decorate these tall structures with all kinds of materials including bike tires, plastic, metal and more. This work draws from the RavenMonsterDress project that Nicole presented with Nakai Theatre’s Pivot Festival in January 2021.

About the Artist
An artist of settler heritage, Nicole Bauberger makes her home in Kwanlin, aka Whitehorse. She has created a rich and varied art career for over 30 years. Since Covid she has created installations and performances in the Dalton Trail Trail Gallery behind her house.”
